YEREVAN. – On Monday at 8:20am, police officers on duty at Zvartnots International Airport in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan detained Israeli citizen Samir Rzayev, 43, after the arrival of the Tel Aviv-Yerevan flight. 

Police informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that he was wanted by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs ever since August 20, 2018, and for committing the crime under the Criminal Code article on illegal circulation of precious metals, natural jewelry, or pearls.
