Azerbaijan once again violated OSCE commitments by holding another undeclared large-scale drills, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan told reporters on Tuesday.
According to her, such behavior of the Azerbaijani side does not contribute to the formation of a climate of trust.
“The Permanent Representative of Armenia raised the issue in the OSCE,” Anna Naghdalyan said, adding that such a demonstration of power does not contribute to regional stability at all.
