An Iranian citizen almost drowned Sunday, in Lake Sevan of Armenia.

Ay 5:17pm, the 911 emergency hotline received a call informing that some people at a Lake Sevan beach had pulled ashore a person who was unconscious, and water rescuers were needed.

A water rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.

The water rescuers provided first aid to this person—Iranian citizen Faraji M. (born in 1989), and, subsequently, the breathing of this person improved.

The Iranian national was taken to Sevan town hospital where doctors assessed this person’s health as satisfactory.
