Alibaba founder Jack Ma resigned as head of the board of directors of a Chinese company, The Guardian reported.
Ma resigns as executive head of the largest Chinese company on the day of its 55th anniversary with a fortune of $ 41.8 billion.
He will be replaced by CEO Daniel Zhang. Following Ma, he will occupy two posts at once - the CEO and the head of the board of directors.
