YEREVAN. – Armenian education minister Arayik Harutyunyan dismissed resignation rumors.

“It is a normal process. Any action may have its supporters and opponents. I am sure that the opponents will change their minds finally. The policy pursued by the ministry is effective and will have a positive effect on education and culture,” he said when asked to comment on the signature campaign demanding his resignation.
