The Special Investigation Service has rejected my request to institute a criminal case against Nikol Pashinyan. This is what President of Civil Awareness NGO Narek Samsonyan wrote on his Facebook page.

“Today I received the response of the Special Investigation Service to my report on a crime, and “to my surprise”, the Special Investigation Service has rejected institution of a criminal case under Article 181 of the Criminal Code.

I will obviously appeal this decision of the Special Investigation Service to all national courts, and at the end, the elements of Article 181 will also be added to the several crimes committed by Nikol Pashinyan, and Deputy Head of the Special Investigation Service Hovhannisyan will also be brought to justice along with Nikol,” he wrote.
