The signing of the memorandum to let Russian specialists enter the biology laboratories of Armenia shouldn’t be delayed. This is what official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova told journalists today, reports TASS.

In response to a journalist’s question, the diplomat said she still didn’t know when the document would be signed. “We hope it isn’t delayed,” she added.

During his meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on November 11, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov announced that the talks over the text of the memorandum are over. The memorandum guarantees that foreign servicemen won’t have access to Armenia’s biology laboratories. Lavrov emphasized that the document would strengthen the two countries’ relations for ensuring biological security.
