YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper interviewed Hrachya Harutyunyan, former head of the State Protection Service (SPC) of the Republic of Armenia, about the scandalous course of PM Nikol Pashinyan's meeting with Armenian community representatives at the Armenian Apostolic Church in Milan, and the "video blogger" from the Baku special service entering the church and asking questions to the prime minister.

In response to the Zhoghovurd daily's question, "Isn't it alarming that the Azerbaijani was able to enter, he could have been a terrorist, is there no failure of the NSS and SPC staff here?" Harutyunyan responded that if there was a closed meeting and the Azerbaijani came in, it would be a failure, whereas if the meeting was open, nothing.

“Those who protect him [the PM] there are normal boys, they are good specialists in their job; that's one. Secondly, if you watch the video carefully, you will see who is standing immediately behind him; our staff member is standing who could have grabbed him by the neck and thrown him out at any second if it had not been for the prime minister's call to ‘calm down,” the SPC former chief said.
