YEREVAN. – Zhamanak newspaper of Armenia writes that it became clear that former MP and businessman Levon Sargsyan, who is known among the Armenian public as “Lyovik of the flour mill,” was found and arrested on November 21, in Zelenograd city of the Moscow region of Russia.

Attorneys representing the legal successors of the victims of the March 1 [2008] case find it strange that Levon Sargsyan has not been charged yet in the March 1 case.

Lawyers have repeatedly stated that Lyovik of the flour mill was actively involved in the March 1 events [in Yerevan]; there are numerous testimonies that prove it in the criminal case.
