Armenia is as a country with low public debt, Armenian Finance Minister Atom Janjughazyan said at the Armenian parliament meeting on Thursday.
The Minister noted that Armenian government plans to borrow money only in exceptional cases over the next year.
The state debt of Armenia is expected to be $7.3 billion.
