Former entrepreneur and President of the Armenian International Assembly, Serj Jilavyan, has passed away.
The multimillionaire of the Soviet and post-Soviet times had suffered several strokes, and a stent was placed in his heart.
He spent the last years of his life in his birthplace, in Agarak village near Stepanavan, Armenia, on a wheelchair.
