Attachment has been imposed on the assets of third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and President of Flash LLC Barsegh Beglaryan. The Special Investigation Service of Armenia confirmed the news during a conversation with Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and Barsegh Beglaryan are charged under point 1 of part 3 of Articles 38-179 of the Criminal Code of Armenia. According to the preliminary investigation body, by holding the office of President of Armenia, using his official position, in 2013, Serzh Sargsyan organized embezzlement of a particularly large amount (AMD 489,160,310) through squander from the State by a group of officials. Signature to not leave the country was selected as a preventive measure for the third President and Barsegh Beglaryan.

After the charge was brought, Barsegh Beglaryan told journalists that he had confronted former Minister of Agriculture Sergo Karapetyan. According to the presses, Sergo Karapetyan has testified in regard to the charge that has been brought.
