YEREVAN. – This year ends on a positive note in terms of bilateral relations between Armenia and Russia. Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin said this at the December 24 yearend press conference.
According to him, 2019 was a year marked by, if not unprecedented, but very intensified development of bilateral relations in various fields, especially in political dialogue.
"This is proof that we have something to discuss," Kopirkin added. “Our relations are developing in the most diverse areas. We are united by very serious common interests. Well, and most importantly, it reflects the existence of political will on both sides so that the quality of our relations and the allied level can be maintained and further enhanced from now on."
