YEREVAN. – Narek Mutafyan, a supporter of second president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, has been released by a decision of the Criminal Court of Appeal. Mutafyan's lawyer Aram Vardevanyan noted this on Facebook.

Kocharyan's another supporter, Sargis Ohanjanyan, was released on December 10.

Vardevanyan's respective appeal was granted.

Sargis Ohanjanyan and Narek Mutafyan were arrested after asking questions on the street to Judge Anna Danibekyan, who presides over the criminal case of ex-president Robert Kocharyan who is in custody, and video recording it.
