Tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. investigators of the Special Investigation Service will visit President of the Constitutional Court of Armenia Hrayr Tovmasyan to interview him. This is what Hrayr Tovmasyan’s attorney, Amram Makinyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. He didn’t provide details.

Today President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian signed the package of laws of the Republic of Armenia on making supplements to the Constitutional Law “On the Constitutional Court” and on making a supplement to the Law “On Ensuring of Activities, Servicing of and Social Guarantees for Officials” for early retirement of judges of the Constitutional Court.

Right after the President signed the package of laws, investigators of the Special Investigation Service went to the Constitutional Court, but the reason remains unclear.

Later, it was announced that the Special Investigation Service has supplemented the charge brought against Norayr Panosyan (whose best man is Hrayr Tovmasyan) with another episode, and with that substantiation, has appealed to the court to detain Panosyan again.
