STEPANAKERT. – Servicemen of the Artsakh Defense Army received 44 new apartments, the Defense Army said in a statement.

A number of former servicemen got compensation to improve living conditions.

Artsakh president Bako Sahakyan, state minister Arshavir Gharamyan, commander of the defense army Karen Abrahamyan and other officials attended the ceremony that was held in the town of Martuni on December 29.
