Armenian Constitutional Court chair Hrayr Tovmasyan reacted to the search of his house.

Public control of the whole process is very important to me, he told reporters on Friday.

"I was called for interrogation 2-3 times, and today some investigative actions were carried out in my house. And my request, petition, appeal was one thing - I need a video of all this, because I assure you that everything will not end today," he said.

He is sure that what is happening drops the credibility of the country.

"What is happening these days in Armenia around me, around the Constitutional Court, proves that the problems are actually profound," he said. "The authorities have a problem regarding the quick disposal of me, as the Constitutional Court chair."
