YEREVAN. – The majority of My Step faction of the Yerevan Council of Elders has convened an urgent session today.

The meeting will focus on faction member and ruling Civil Contract party member Henrik Hartenyan’s dissemination of the photo of the daughter of president Hrayr Tovmasyan of the Constitutional Court of Armenia.

As reported earlier, Hartenyan posted a picture of Tovmasyan's daughter on his Facebook page and wrote: "This is the FB of H. Tovmasyan's daughter; let me see you, people."

The Civil Contract party steering committee has also issued a statement, noting that Henrik Hartenyan's Facebook statement is unacceptable and contrary to the values and principles adopted by the party.
