Armenian former MP Mihran Hakobyan posted a video on Facebook showing Narek Malyan, the head of the VETO public-political movement, being detained by police.
"A new phase of repression," Hakobyan wrote, attached to this video. "The masked men forcibly abduct famous public figure Narek Malyan."
