Russian and Turkish Presidents Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan will meet on March 5 in Russia, RIA Novosti reported referring to the Kremlin press service.
The sides will discuss a settlement in Syria, taking into account the aggravation in the Idlib de-escalation zone.
The situation in Idlib escalated after the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham terrorists launched a large-scale attack on the positions of the Syrian government forces on February 27. The Syrian army responded. Thirty-six Turkish soldiers has died as a result of the shelling.
