Mayor of Yerevan Hakob Karapetyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

When asked if the mayor is on leave to participate in the YES campaign for the constitutional referendum, Karapetyan said the following: “The mayor is on leave as prescribed by law, and the leave is within the scope of his powers.”
