Two hundred Armenian citizens have arrived by two charter flights from Russia, Armenian deputy PM Tigran Avinyan wrote on his Facebook. 

Flights were operated by Azimut Airlines.

The deputy PM also said citizens returning to their homeland will be required to comply with quarantine within 14 days.
