Yesterday a 56-year-old citizen of Vanadzor died at Mikaelyan Institute of Surgery of Yerevan, Shamshyan.com reports. According to the source, the citizen, who was in extremely critical condition, was transferred to the Institute from Gyumri Medical Center where he had been transferred with the diagnosis of "polytrauma" on May 27.

Police officers of Gyumri found out that on May 27 at around 5 p.m. a layer of soil collapsed on the citizen of Vanadzor while he was performing construction works in Gyumri, after which doctors transferred him from the ambulance station of Gyumri to the local hospital. Police are preparing a report, and a forensic medicine expert examination has been designated.
