This is what Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said during Thursday’s discussion on the 2019 State Budget performance report at the joint session of the standing committees of the National Assembly.

According to the minister, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is trying to maintain stability of tenure of the diplomatic personnel with the help of the incentive policy. “We need to make sure the rotation programs help our diplomats work in different countries during their careers,” Mnatsakanyan stressed.
