Russia hopes to end talks over biolaboratories and sign a memorandum. This is what Russia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin said during an online press conference today.
According to him, the signing of a memorandum will have a good impact on the sanitary and epidemic situation in Russia, Armenia and the entire post-Soviet territory.
