The issue of extraditing or not extraditing is at the legal level, not political. This is what Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin said during an online press conference today, responding to a question about the extradition of Armenia’s former top officials who are in Russia and are involved in criminal cases being investigated in Armenia.

Kopirkin clarified that there are interactions between the relevant institutions of both Russia and Armenia in regard to this issue.
