President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian today sent a congratulatory message to President of Russia Vladimir Putin on the occasion of Russia Day, as reported the Staff of the President of Armenia.
“It is with satisfaction that we state that the strategic partnership and allied relations between Armenia and Russia, which are hinged on the centuries-old fraternal ties between the peoples of our countries, are steadily growing stronger and cover the whole spectrum of our cooperation in the political, economic, military and humanitarian sectors.
The foundation for this strategic cooperation has been and will always be the high level of trust between our countries and peoples,” the message reads.
