A Tump mobile center will be built in the Armenian city of Berd.

A land plot located in Berd, Tavush province will be taken from the state non-profit organization for the construction of the Tumo mobile center as part of the educational program. The decision was made on Thursday at a government's session.

Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan noted there must be an educational factor in all the strategies developed by the government since without this no strategy will be successful.
