During today’s session of the Council of Elders of Yerevan, Deputy Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan said the “Erebuni-Yerevan” Festival will be held on October 10 and added that on that day, the Council of Elders will convene a special session and hold a ceremony to grant the title of Honorary Citizen of Yerevan.
