The Office of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia, in partnership with non-governmental organizations, is submitting to the Council of Europe Ministerial Committee special positions on implementation of the decision of the European Court of Human Rights, as reported the Office of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia.

The special positions have been submitted to the European Implementation Network (EIN).
