Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Russia and Armenia Sergey Lavrov and Zohrab Mnatsakanyan will hold talks on October 12 in Moscow, as reported Spokesperson of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova to TASS, adding that the talks will be held as part of Mnatsakanyan’s planned visit to Moscow.
