The Government of Armenia understands that, in the current situation when a war is going on, there is a need for specific programs, and they are currently being implemented. This is what Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia Hakob Arshakyan said during today’s discussion on the draft of the 2021 State Budget held as part of the joint session of the Standing Committees on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs and on Economic Affairs of the National Assembly of Armenia.

According to him, even though those programs aren’t envisaged in the budget, funds are being allocated to implement them.
