Leader of the Bright Armenia opposition faction of the National Assembly of Armenia Edmon Marukyan posted the following on his Facebook page:

“22:15 The session of the Council of the National Assembly wasn’t held again.

The only representative of the My Step Alliance who showed up was Lena Nazaryan.

We had taken the initiative to hold the special session of the National Assembly with the following agenda:

The draft of the decision of the National Assembly on “the created situation and the ways to get out of it, as well as a discussion on the lawfulness of the statement signed on 9 November 2020 by Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin”.

Failing to attend the session with this agenda means that 88 deputies of the My Step faction of the National Assembly support the status-quo of the country, along with all the irreversible consequences that will arise from that.
