On Thursday, at 7:16pm, the Kotayk provincial crisis management center received a call that an accident had taken place on the Yerevan-Sevan motorway and there were affected, reported the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.
It turned out that a Nissan Altima (driver: Hovhannes G., born in 1992) and an Opel Astra (driver: Zaven G., born in 1994) had collided, as a result of which both drivers had died on the spot, and the passenger of the Nissan Altima, Martun M., was hospitalized in Abovyan Medical Center where the doctors said he was in satisfactory health condition.
The rescuers took the bodies of the drivers out of the cars and carried them to a waiting ambulance.
