President of Russia Vladimir Putin says all of the country's humanitarian efforts need to be to the benefit of Armenians and Azerbaijanis, RIA Novosti reported.

“All of the humanitarian efforts and assistance of Russia need to be to the benefit of the Armenian and Azerbaijani peoples. We empathize with everyone who has undergone trials and tribulations," Putin said during a meeting with representatives of the Russian peacekeeping mission.
