Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko sent a congratulatory telegram to Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan.
Congratulating Mirzoyan, Matviyenko expressed certainty that his personal attributes would help overcome the current hardships in Armenia.
Matviyenko also wished the parliamentary speaker a speedy recovery.
