The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia is considering transporting humanitarian aid to Nagorno-Karabakh through a railway.

The press service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that today the operative group of the ministry and representatives of the municipality are distributing construction materials and supplying them to the devastated population. Rescuers will continue to oversee the renovation of apartment buildings before the start of winter.

Through the use of construction materials supplied by the ministry to Nagorno-Karabakh, the first ten apartment buildings will be ready for housing over the next few days.

Currently, the ministry is considering the supply of additional humanitarian aid through rail transport, which will allow to save time during the transport of cargo.

On November 26, an additional group of rescuers of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived in Stepanakert.
