Legal affairs officer of the opposition Armenian National Congress political party Armen Khachatryan posted the following on his Facebook page:

“Today the Administrative Court of Armenia satisfied the claim of Gagik Jhangiryan in full.

The Court declared the unlawful decrees of Robert Kocharyan on relieving of post and depriving of class rank as invalid.”
