Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian has sent a congratulatory message to Emperor Naruhito on the occasion of the National Day of Japan.

In his message, President Sarkissian expressed a conviction that the friendly Armenia-Japan relations, which are based on mutual respect and trust, will continue to deepen and expand.
