The UK’s decision to increase nuclear arsenal is due to Russia’s and China’s modernization of their arsenals. This is what NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said during a press conference following the first day of the meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers in Brussels, TASS reports.
Stoltenberg said the problem is that NATO sees that Russia and China are modernizing their nuclear arsenals with more progressive weapons.
