There have been massive brawls between Armenian and Azerbaijani soldiers along the entire length of the border. This is what acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said during today’s special session of the National Assembly.

“Now people ask why the Ministry of Defense refuted the news and then confirmed the news. The answer is that the Ministry of Defense reports the end result of a process. Azerbaijan cut three minutes from the news about the incident and provided the information to its agents to influence with information. Those agents are people who are acting against the state,” Pashinyan said.

Pashinyan also touched upon the gunshots fired in the Gegharkunik Province section of Armenia’s border. “The situation is truly tense. Yes, there were shootings in Kut village, but later the sides recorded the fact that there was a misunderstanding,” he said.
