Russian peacekeepers have climbed—with their flags—to the positions of Kut village of Armenia’s Gegharkunik Province. The mayor of Kut, Sima Chitchyan, informed Armenian News-NEWS.am about this Saturday.

"They [these Russian peacekeepers] climbed to the positions with their three or four Russian cars, stayed [there] a little over an hour, and returned. I do not know what they did [there]. This was the first time that the Russian peacekeepers were climbing to those positions," said the village head.
