Clarification of border points is possible only after the withdrawal of Azerbaijani troops from the territory of Armenia, acting Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan noted.

In particular, the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan noted that the proposal of Russia on the settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border crisis is acceptable for Baku. 

Commenting on the position of the Armenian side on this issue, Grigoryan noted: "The Russian proposals on the settlement of the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border are acceptable to Armenia, the Armenian side presented its position in writing to Russian colleagues on May 19. In accordance with this, the clarification of the border points can be discussed only in the event of the withdrawal of Azerbaijani troops from the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

In this context, we also stressed the importance of the return of our prisoners of war. Armenia also confirms its proposal to mirror the withdrawal of troops to their initial positions before the start of clarification of border points."
