Acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on Sunday sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Stefan Lofven of Sweden on the latter’s National Day.

“Armenia is keen to strengthen and develop bilateral relations with Sweden, based on mutual trust and respect. The current level of friendly relations between our two countries provides an opportunity to expand interaction in a number of areas of mutual interest.

Highly appreciative of our countries’ effective cooperation in multilateral formats, I am hopeful that in its capacity of OSCE Chair-in-Office, Sweden will reaffirm the role of the OSCE Minsk Group in the final settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh [(Artsakh)] conflict,” the congratulatory message reads, in particular.
