Secretary of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Security Council, Vitaly Balasanyan, addressed a message to the servicemen of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Artsakh and congratulated them on Russia Day. The message reads as follows, in particular:

"We have had Russia's support in Artsakh for centuries. We have a special attitude towards Russian culture, the Russian language.

After the end of the 44-day war in 2020, Russia’s peacekeepers are carrying out a mission in Nagorno-Karabakh, which is of vital importance for the Artsakh Republic. And thanks to you, people live here with hope for the future.”
