STEPANAKERT. – Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Security Council Secretary Vitaly Balasanyan on Saturday convened a working consultation on drinking water supply issues in Artsakh, the Security Council press service reported.

In particular, the issues related to the implementation of water supply in the capital Stepanakert were discussed at the meeting.

Summing up the consultation, Balasanyan instructed those in attendance to study—in a short period of time—the possible options for providing the necessary amount of drinking water and the avenues for their implementation.
