YEREVAN. – A minute of silence will be observed in Armenia at 11am on September 27—and in memory of the Armenians killed in the 44-day war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) last fall. This was reported by the staff of the government of Armenia.
