Yesterday the ruling Civil Contract Party held an event during which it presented its program ahead of the proportional elections of the Council of Elders of Gyumri, the political party’s press service reports.

Among the attendees were the political party’s board members, Members of Parliament and other partisans.

In his speech, board member, deputy of the National Assembly Arsen Torosyan talked about the importance of the elections of the Council of Elders of Gyumri and the opportunities for development.

Candidate for mayor of Gyumri Hovhannes Harutyunyan presented the political party’s program, which features realistic plans to solve all the issues in Gyumri.
