This is what Deputy Director of the National Security Service of Armenia Aram Hakobyan stated during today’s discussion on the draft of the 2022 State Budget held as part of the session of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security of the National Assembly.

“I won’t state the number, but there are quite a lot of conscripts, and for that reason, the volume of procurement of medicine has been increased. We still don’t have conditions there and are currently building new turnpikes, which will be ready soon. Currently, the soldiers live in shacks and serve in open spaces,” he said.
