Yesterday another tragic incident took place on a railway. At around 11:25 a.m. Armavir Medical Center reported to the police in Armavir Province that an on-duty group of doctors had left for the railway station in Armavir where they saw that a man had been run over by a train and died on the spot.

According to shamshyan.com, police and investigators found out that on the same day at around 11:20 a.m. 58-year-old train driver of Shirak Province Hambardzum Kh. had run over a 51-year-old male resident of Armavir Province at the local railway station and the man had died on the spot.

Investigators of Armavir Province are preparing a report. One of the investigators has designated a number of expert examinations, including a forensic medicine expert examination of the man’s body.

Hambardzum Kh. works as a train driver of the locomotive depot of South Caucasus Railway CJSC in Gyumri.
